The lender’s 60% LTV 2-year fixes for homemovers now stand at 1.99% with no fee, 1.64% with a £995 fee and 1.54% with a £1,995 fee.
Its 60% LTV 5-year fixes meanwhile have a rate of 2.59% with no fee or 2.34% with a £995 fee for homemovers.
For remortgagors TSB’s LTV 5-year fixes have been raised to 2.64% with no fee and 2.39% with a £995 fee to 60% LTV, while to 75% LTV they stand at 2.64% with a £995 fee and 2.94% with no fee.
