This will enable users to submit applications to Accord without the need for re-keying.
Following a successful trial period, Twenty7Tec has added Accord to its APPLY module and has rolled it out to all users of the CloudTwenty7 platform.
This will enable users to submit applications to Accord without the need for re-keying.
During the trial phase of the integration, advisers from Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) and Connells Group submitted more than 240 applications to Accord via APPLY, saving an average of 20 minutes per application versus re-keying the data directly into the lender’s portal.
Twenty7Tec has integrated with IRESS Lender Connect software, which Accord is using to support transfer of data into their intermediary portal.
Users of CloudTwenty7 will be able to complete an Accord decision in principle (DiP) application in the CloudTwenty7 platform, re-using customer data already captured, before passing the data to the Accord portal and submitting to the lender.
Nathan Reilly, head of lender relationships for Twenty7Tec, said: “Month over month the volume of applications being submitted to lenders via APPLY continues to grow, and so does the time this solution is saving advisers in not having to re-key client data.
"The completion of this trial with Accord and the roll out to all our users adds yet another lender to APPLY, and further establishes out position at the very forefront of API connectivity in the mortgage market.”
Nicola Alvarez, senior manager mortgage distribution – proposition development at Accord, added: “The roll out of this integration marks a further milestone in Accord’s digital transformation, investing in supporting brokers with time saving solutions to make submissions to Accord via APPLY quicker and easier, freeing up more time for brokers to do what they do best - advising their clients."
