Mark Metcalfe will be joining HML as Director of Credit Management. Mark brings 20 years’ experience in credit management gained in both mortgages and credit cards in the UK and Australia. He has extensive knowledge of maximising dialler technology as well as litigation and possessions.
He will join the Operations Executive team where his brief will be to continue to develop the early delinquency strategies for HML's clients. Mark Metcalfe, who was previously at GE for 10 years, will report directly to Gordon Soutar, Operations Director.
Brian Brodie says: “Mark Metcalfe has very strong people leadership expertise as well as a passion for credit management – he is a great addition to the HML team.”
Ian Carr will join HML as Operations Director, Special Servicing. He brings with him a unique knowledge of special servicing and considerable credibility in the market, having developed the Kensington special servicing team over the past 10 years.
Brodie says: “Critical to the success of any special servicing function is the drive and expertise of its staff. Ian brings HML a wealth of knowledge and experience, which will help us deliver a best in class special servicing operation, and I am pleased to welcome him to the team.”
