Two specialist lenders join mortgage networks

Two specialist lenders — Market Financial Solutions (MFS) and ModaMortgages — have recently joined major mortgage networks, expanding product access for brokers and their clients.

MFS has been added to The Right Mortgage and Protection Network’s panel of lenders. The move allows the network’s brokers to offer MFS’s residential buy-to-let and bridging finance products, including solutions for complex cases that require a tailored approach.

The London-based lender provides loans up to £50 million across terms ranging from three months to 10 years. Its offerings include hybrid products, such as its recently repriced Bridge Fusion range, which combines features of bridging loans and BTL mortgages.

“The Right Mortgage Network has been a real success story over the past decade, becoming one of the UK’s leading networks for the broker community,” said Paresh Raja (pictured left), chief executive of Market Financial Solutions.

“So, it’s exciting for us to join their panel of lenders, giving brokers access to our specialist finance products, which will give them much-needed optionality and speed when seeking out solutions for clients, even if those clients have unique or complex requirements.”

Meanwhile, ModaMortgages has joined the PRIMIS Mortgage Network lender panel, giving PRIMIS brokers access to its BTL product range.

ModaMortgages caters to various landlord types, including individuals, limited companies, portfolio landlords, first-time buyers and first-time landlords. Its lending also covers houses in multiple occupation and multi-unit freehold blocks.

“We’re delighted to be added to the PRIMIS panel of lenders and being able to expand the ModaMortgages proposition to PRIMIS’ network of AR firms,” said Roger Morris (pictured right), Chetwood Bank group distribution director for ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries.

“We’re excited to see how our partnership with PRIMIS grows and are confident our proposition will be well received by PRIMIS brokers.”
