The increased rates apply to self-certification prime and buy-to-let prime two-, three- and five-year fixed rates and its full-status prime two- and three-year fixed rates.
The new rates are:
- Self-Cert Prime 2 Year Fixed rate at 6.09%, APR 7.6% (0.25% increase)
- Self-Cert Prime 3 Year Fixed rate at 5.99%, APR 7.4% (0.20% increase)
- Self-Cert Prime 5 Year Fixed rate at 5.99%, APR 7.1% (0.25% increase)
- Buy-to-Let Prime 2 Year Fixed rate at 6.09%, APR 7.6% (0.10% increase)
- Buy-to-Let Prime 3 Year Fixed rate at 5.99%, APR 7.4% (0.05% increase)
- Buy-to-Let Prime 5 Year Fixed rate at 5.99%, APR 7.2% (0.10% increase)
- Full-Status Prime 2 Year Fixed rate at 5.99%, APR 7.6% (0.25% increase)
- Full-Status Prime 3 Year Fixed rate at 5.89%, APR 7.4% (0.20% increase)
