Mortgage terms are available from 3 to fifteen years, up to age 70, with a loan-to-value maximum of 80 per cent. Rates are currently 14 per cent for a scheme fixed over fifteen years in Mexican Pesos only and there are no early redemption penalties for any fixed rate mortgage under this scheme.
