Tobin has held senior management positions at Countrywide Financial Corporation (CFC), of which UKValuation is a subsidiary, for the past 3 years, and also holds the position of ceo at Global Home Loans, Countrywide’s mortgage processing business. He joined Countrywide from Barclays, having served as a senior executive in their mortgage business and Woolwich’s Open Plan services. Nigel has also held senior positions at HSBC and Lloyds Bank in a financial services career which spans some 30 years so far.
A number of management changes have taken place at UKValuation in addition to Nigel Tobin’s appointment as chief executive, notably the interim appointment of Steve Bowering as client relationship director. Nigel and Steve will jointly oversee UKValuation's plans to expand its service offering, as its valuation models are rolled out at the beginning of July.
