Lender has strengthened its relationship team across the country
Specialist asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has expanded its UK-wide relationship team with the hiring of six new relationship managers.
Daniel Iwanczuk joins the Midlands team this month, following the recruitment of Eve Waterman, Dawn Brown, Deborah Dewell, Rachel Goodfield, and Ralph Redpath, who also joined the lender’s relationship team this year.
The lender said the personnel additions were part of its commitment to offer a regional service model that continued to meet the needs of its clients and introducers.
Ultimate Finance offers asset-based solutions tailored to the unique needs of each business. Earlier this month, the lender reported continued growth of its loan book, surpassing the £300 million mark for the first time.
“We are delighted to have such talented professionals join our team,” said John Lightfoot (pictured), head of relationship management and client service. “They share our vision of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and introducers.
“We believe that great relationships begin with excellent service, and that is why we have an industry-leading Trustpilot score of 4.9/5 and a net promoter score of 79, making us one of the most trusted providers in the country.”
