The guests, who were brokers from bridging, development finance and asset finance, enjoyed sweeping 360 degree views across Westminster and the City of London.
They were competing for tickets to UK sporting and cultural events in 2015 including Wimbledon, the British Grand Prix and the FA Cup Final.
Harley Kagan, managing director of United Trust Bank, said: “The ‘Best of British’, the theme of our 2014 promotion, is a thought which resonates beyond simply sending a lucky winner to a fabulous sporting occasion.
“For us the ‘Best of British’ is also about the extraordinary heritage we have in sport, in culture and of course, in business and enterprise.
“I believe that everyone here, tonight, played a significant role in supporting the best of British businesses, property developers and individuals through a very tough few years and we should all be proud of the contribution we’ve made to getting the UK economy back on its’ feet.”
Each victorious table won an award-winning bottle of English sparkling wine Nyetimber Reserve Brut 2009.
Guests were treated to an impromptu preview of the Trooping of the Colour celebrations – a celebration of the Queen’s birthday – as fireworks and a Royal Lifeguards marched in neighbouring Horse Guards Parade.
Kagan added: “UTB is very much a broker focused lender, and we never forget how much we rely on our broker partners to support us. These events give us an opportunity to say thankyou to the people who have worked with us and look forward to maintaining long and mutually beneficial relationships with them in the future.
“Brokers will have further opportunities to gain entries in the ‘Best of British’ promotion by completing the next United Trust Bank broker survey and visiting the bank’s stand at the upcoming NACFB Commercial Finance Expo in Birmingham on June 25.”
