Valunation won the exclusive contract as a result of its competitive fee arrangements, its ability to provide comprehensive technical support, its use of innovative point of valuation and traditional retrospective audit procedures, and the high level of personal service provided.
With Valunation being located in Colchester, Ipswich also valued the close geographical proximity and local connection of the two businesses.
Alison Beech, business relationship director at Valunation, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by the Ipswich as its sole valuation panel manager. We consider this recognition of the key fundamentals underpinning our business which are quality, service and delivery, and a culture of continuous improvement in these areas. The Ipswich is an important addition to our panel management clientele and we seek to cement a long and happy working relationship with Ian and all at the Ipswich.
Ian Brighton, general manager (business services) and secretary at the Ipswich, added: “We are pleased to be working with Valunation, an experienced local business that shares our desire for delivering great service. We pride ourselves on achieving a good customer experience, which is both different and better than the competition, we believe that working with Valunation will assist with this and most importantly help people with the purchasing of their own homes."
