Simon joined the company in 2005 and brings a wealth of experience to the post. He will be responsible for promoting Valunation as a provider of the highest quality of valuation and survey advice through their existing systems and training programmes. Whilst continuing to manage and minimise business risk, a key part of Simon’s role will be working with clients to develop Valunation’s panel management proposition and with clients and staff to identify and prevent fraudulent activity within the industry.
Alison Beech, business relationship director, Spicerhaart and Valunation, commented: “We are thrilled that Simon has accepted this position and wish him every success in this new and challenging role. Simon’s time spent in private practice has equipped him well for the task in hand. He is the ideal candidate to address the challenges posed by the current business environment and will refocus on quality and risk management through the combination of innovation and a back to basics approach.”
