The master broker is one of Shawbrook’s ‘strategic partners’ based on the conversion rates it achieves on initial submissions.
Lucy Hodge, director of Vantage, said: “We have formed a strong partnership with Shawbrook and our team has worked hard with the bank’s commercial mortgages division to achieve these excellent results in only the second month of the year.
“Achieving both quality and volume is testament to our relationship with Shawbrook, and we plan to build on this success and continue our growth trajectory in the months to come.”
Karen Bennett, sales and marketing director, commercial mortgages, Shawbrook, said Vantage understands its requirements and has a close working relationship across Shawbrook's specialist teams.
She added: "Such a strong number over multiple cases in February is an indication of the efficiency Vantage has managed to implement across the business, and their conversion rates are amongst the highest we see.
“The combination of these factors brings what we believe to be a market-leading proposition to both clients and introducers, and we look forward to working with Lucy and her team throughout 2015 to build on this impressive start.”
Vantage, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, was granted full Consumer Credit Act permissions by the Financial Conduct Authority last Friday.
Hodge added: "We focus on providing a service that combines efficiency, thoroughness, and an in-depth knowledge of our lenders and their criteria.
“This approach allows us to consistently achieve high conversion rates with quality business, and is the central driver behind the volumes completed by Vantage month after month.”
