Associate Partners Karen Potter, Phil Furlong and Mike Murphy have been meticulously planning over several months to ensure the scheme’s success.
Karen, based at the Partnership’s Southport branch of Ball & Percival, explained: “The service is a direct response to client demand and I am delighted to control the planning and overall operation of the division.
“I have considerable experience in dealing with National; Regional and Local Developers and thoroughly enjoy the complexity and variety of carefully planned bespoke marketing strategies individually planned to the needs of each site.
“In addition to this, the experience drawn from being involved at conception of such schemes, through to completion gives us the ability to provide invaluable input and advice.
“Drawing from this experience, we are forming a dedicated team experienced enough to appreciate the demands of Developers with the resources to provide the extensive range of reporting required to ensure their overall success.
“We are currently compiling comprehensive Competitor Analysis Reports providing detailed information on sites within the area and the information drawn from this gives insight to how well similar sites are performing; prices per square foot; marketing strategies and where the new sites are.
“Effective and targeted marketing is vital. We are compiling our Land and New Homes brochure which will be updated weekly, and available at all of our 20 offices across the Partnership.”
