Thompson joined Vertex in early 2012 as chief information officer with over twenty years’ experience in spearheading multi-million-pound business and IT projects, developing comprehensive IT strategies, assessing customer needs and implementing cost-effective, high-performing enterprise systems.
Before joining Vertex, Thompson worked as CIO of mortgages at Lloyds Banking Group and IT director at West Bromwich Building Society.
