Virgin Money launches Live Chat for mortgage brokers

Virgin Money has introduced a live chat feature for brokers who need to quickly get in touch with the lender regarding an existing case or new application.

“Live Chat is one of the fastest ways to get in touch with us,” Virgin Money stated in an email sent to brokers. “Whether you need an update on an existing case or want to discuss a new application, you can do that using our Live Chat service.”

The lender added that the chats are managed by UK-based colleagues that also deal with client concerns over the phone. Virgin Money offered assurances that agents in the live chat have the experience and expertise to help and answer questions without having to make a call.

Brokers can also save a copy of the chat for their compliance records. 

Virgin Money’s Live Chat is available from 9:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
