Vouch, a referencing platform, has added Helpthemove and Tili as utility providers.
As part of the agreement, it is seeking to provide customers with a wider range of choice over the suppliers they choose to work with, as well as offering new opportunities for agents to earn commission-based revenue.
According to the platform, opting for an approved supplier can earn letting agents up to £300 a year per property.
Tili is a digital home move assistant, which provides a range of energy quotes, as well as quotes from the agent’s preferred supplier.
Moreover, Helpthemove notifies chosen council tax, water and energy suppliers of any changes in tenancy.
Furthermore, all moves and changes can be managed through the Vouch app.
Simon Tillyer, founder and director of Vouch, said: “We are delighted to add Helpthemove and Tili to our growing number of utilities suppliers. As letting agents ourselves, we understand how challenging it can be to find a supplier that you can trust.
“Too often the process causes long delays and costs both agents and tenants valuable time and money, sometimes for a job that is not quite up to scratch.”
