The service is aimed at providing borrowers with mortgages which have been individually tailored to satisfy their personal requirements. Applicants will be visited in their own home or workplace by a senior underwriting manager. Once the client’s financial adviser has established their needs the underwriter will design an appropriate loan package.
The Kudos team will be headed-up by Mel Bignall who joined Wave in 2006 and developed the company’s mobile underwriting strategy. Mel will be supported by Peter Buckley, who was the Northern regional underwriter at GMAC RFC before joining Wave.
