Well, maybe not, but I’m fed up off all the to-ing and fro-ing, so I welcome the introduction of HIPs to three-bedroom properties.
The HIPs debate has raged on for months, if not years, and to be honest I’m fed up of all the political nit-picking and the same strategy seemingly being employed by those in the industry for or against HIPs.
They are here – we might as well get on with it.
