Jim, who reports to Paul Field - divisional director lending, takes up responsibility for managing relationships with the society’s major distribution partners including networks and mortgage clubs. Jim has worked for the West Brom for four and a half years and received the society’s 'Account Manager of the Year' award in 2005. Prior to that he worked for Lloyds TSB as a commercial and senior branch manager.
