Richard Scott takes up the role, reporting to Paul Field, divisional director of residential lending.
Richard has responsibility for further strengthening the society’s presence in the intermediary mortgage market, where it has developed a strong reputation as a buy to let lender. Richard will take charge of the West Brom’s team of business development managers and key account managers.
Richard has more than 18 years experience in the financial services industry, most recently with Alliance & Leicester Plc. Prior to that he was intermediary sales manager with the Stroud & Swindon Building Society, and held a sales role with the Chelsea Building Society.
