The Top 50 Brokers report by Mortgage Introducer is now open for entries
Mortgage Introducer is excited to open its second Top 50 Brokers survey to rank the UK’s brokers who have outperformed the market over the past year.
“A good broker is one who explains the process to the customer, stays close to the customer, acts in the customer’s interests, sees themselves as a partner in the process and works hard to make sure that the customer gets the best deal,” said Robert Sinclair of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries.
Participants will be assessed based on their total value, the number of residential mortgages written in 2022 and 2023 and their YoY growth.
To be eligible, a broker must:
- be a licensed broker and have been employed as a mortgage broker or agent in 2023
- have personally initiated all residential deals
- directly provide information about completed residential deals in 2023
2024’s Top 50 Brokers will receive nationwide recognition on an industry-leading platform. The report will be published on the Mortgage Introducer website in June.
