The Whitechurch Network, based in Bristol, is providing its Appointed Representatives (ARs) with a link to the eConveyancer online system.
The eConveyancer panel of solicitors comprises over 1,000 conveyancing specialists based throughout the UK. Brokers can therefore provide their clients with choice, rather than relying on reciprocal arrangements with one or two local conveyancers. Solicitors can be instructed online and their service standards are monitored by eConveyancer. Intermediaries can add local solicitors to the panel as long as they meet eConveyancer’s criteria.
Alan Dring, sales director for eConveyancer, said: “It’s great news that eConveyancer has been appointed by the Whitechurch Network and we look forward to working closely with them over the coming months.
“eConveyancer will be providing The Whitechurch Network’s ARs with the benefits of more efficient business processing, satisfied clients and enhanced levels of income. ARs will be provided with free telephone based training and can be up and running in a matter of a few minutes.”
Ian McIver, managing director at The Whitechurch Network, said: “We’re delighted to be launching the eConveyancer system with our ARs. The system is easy to use and enables ARs and their clients to track the progress of cases whenever they want to. What’s more it’s usually significantly cheaper than clients trying to appoint their own conveyancer and it takes all the hassle out of the process. I have no doubt eConveyancer will be a big hit with our members.”
