Rogers will be responsible for developing technology strategies for lenders and act as a consultant on their IT systems.
He will report directly to Mark Blackwell, managing director of Xit2.
Rogers originally joined Xit2 from Aerotech Europe’s Travelnet Systems 10 years ago where he was development team leader on their airline flight searching and booking portal.
Blackwell said: “Since joining Xit2 John has played a central role in the technical design and operation of Xit2's product range.
“He will drive the growth of Xit2 and play a role in the expansion of the business. This announcement shows just how serious we are about pushing Xit2 forward.”
