Tim, who joins from MDA, xit2’s parent company, will report directly into MD, Mark Blackwell. His career spans all aspects of the lending, distribution and property transaction processes. During his time at insurer Allied Dunbar – now part of financial services group Zurich Financial Services – Jones led the development of the mortgage intermediary panel, persuading lenders to see intermediaries as credible sources of quality mortgage introductions. After Zurich, he joined First Title as director of business development where he extended distribution of products via solicitors and joint ventures. Following a spell as CEO at Hipstar, the Home Information Pack provider, he joined MDA.
