The Yorkshire mortgage starts at 1.39% and has a product fee of £845 while the Chelsea offering starts at 1.38% and has a product fee of £1,545.
Other highlights include a 65% LTV 3-year fix at 2.18% reduced from 2.34% including an £845 product fee from the Yorkshire, while Chelsea customers are being offered a rate of 2.14%, reduced from 2.24%, with a £1,545 product fee.
