Rhys has spent the last 20 years as Natwest’s audit and compliance manager for Cardiff and South East Wales, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the financial audit sector. YES is keen to develop a cutting edge compliance department ahead of future FSA regulation of second charge loans.
Mark arrives with a track record for delivering effective training methods. Having spent the last five years as a training specialist with Halifax Bank of Scotland, Mark will head up YES’s Academy Training Facility for all new starters with the firm, and will also develop CPD ahead of FSA regulation of second charges.
