The Bank has also reduced the arrangement fee on its 2 year fixed rate mortgage by £1,000 for customers with up to 60% LTV. The rate is 3.79%.
In addition, first time buyers with a 10% deposit can take advantage of Yorkshire Bank’s fee free 3 year mortgage fixed at 6.29%, or pay £599 and get a rate of 5.99%. First time buyers with a 5% deposit can access a rate of 6.99% with a £599 arrangement fee.
