The Yorkshire now offers a free valuation and fee-assisted legal package to all new and existing borrowers to help ease the costs associated with buying or remortgaging their new home.
Jemma Smith, product manager at The Yorkshire, said: “We understand buying a new home, or moving to another property can be extremely stressful - not to say expensive.
“We hope that by offering assistance with legal fees and valuation costs it will help to relieve some of this financial pressure. By taking responsibility for these things and by arranging the conveyancing we can also take away a little bit of the stress and give our customers one less thing to worry about.”
