The new recruits are expected to be a mix of existing qualified mortgage professionals, graduates with some work experience as well as individuals, including those with an estate agency background, who are seeking a new career.
It is proposed that both graduates and non industry personnel could form up to half of the required new recruits with all being provided with specialist Your Move training, individual mentoring opportunities as well as sponsorship through the benchmark mortgage advisory qualifications.
Initial response to the vacancies has been very positive, according to the company. A reflection, Your Move believes, of its growing appeal as an employer and as a member company of LSL Property Services.
