The move is the latest in a series of improvements by Zoopla.
Zoopla has launched a new homes search experience making it the first whole of market portal to provide a development-led search function.
The upgrade hope to enhance the homebuyer's experience and drive engagement amongst target audiences.
A test phase of the changes recorded a 43% uplift in conversion rates.
The update will host accessible information about each new build development with an image carousel and floorplan icon without clicking into the individual listing.
The search experience will also facilitate a development-led overview enabling housebuilders to promote multiple properties.
Development listings will also display the Help to Buy logo if the scheme is available, whilst each listing will surface the minimum deposit required.
David Wascha, chief product and technology officer at Zoopla, said: “Our launch of the revised new homes search experience underlines our commitment to providing the very best service to housebuilders and developers.
"It is critical that we prioritise their needs and the needs of homebuyers, and that we pivot our approach to deliver maximum return on investment for them.
"The result is an intuitive search-function, that is easy to navigate, and offers a holistic customer experience.
“The test phase of the enhanced search function was incredibly promising, and with conversions up by 43%, the value-add speaks for itself.
"As a leading digital innovator, we will continue investing heavily in the look, feel and experience of our portal, improving the experience, while enhancing use-value amongst our customers.
“At the start of the year, we announced a multi-million pound investment into product innovation, and with new homes remaining a central focus of our 2020 strategy, we look forward to announcing further developments in the near future.”
