Coleman will take up the position of head of personal lines, broker division, with immediate effect. He moves from his previous role as head of navigators & general at Zurich.
Together with Gareth Howell (head of personal lines pricing), Darren Pacey (sales and distribution director) and Sharon Jones (head of customer operations for broker and strategic partnerships), this newest appointment completes a very strong team to serve the UK broker market in personal lines.
David W Smith, managing director, Broker Division said: “Richard has done an excellent job in the last three years and we wish him well as he takes on the personal lines account, the largest sector within the Broker Division. This will provide a renewed focus for us as we drive this important account forward in a very challenging market."
Richard will continue to hold the position of head of navigators & general until a replacement has been appointed.
