New service integrates Settle Easy's conveyancing platform to streamline homebuying process
Lendi Group has unveiled Aussie Conveyancing powered by Settle Easy, a new service expected to streamline the conveyancing process and reduce buyer anxiety during the final stages of purchasing a home.
The service integrates Settle Easy, an online conveyancing platform, into Lendi’s existing offerings, providing customers with access to professional conveyancing support directly through their Aussie mortgage brokers.
Aussie Conveyancing promises greater transparency and efficiency by offering real-time updates throughout the home loan process. Customers will receive step-by-step notifications, similar to package tracking services, ensuring they stay informed.
The rollout of Aussie Conveyancing will begin next week in Victoria and Tasmania, with a national expansion planned for 2025.

“The conveyancing process has been needlessly complex for buyers for too long,” said Lendi Group chief executive David Hyman (pictured above left). “The launch of Aussie Conveyancing delivers on our promise to transform the way Australians buy homes and further diversifies our offering.”
“By integrating Settle Easy’s conveyancing services directly into our existing platform, we’re not only streamlining a critical step for homebuyers but also enhancing the overall experience.”
The launch marks a significant evolution for the Aussie Home Loans brand, which is expanding its role in the homebuying process beyond mortgage broking to offer end-to-end support for Australian buyers.
Sam Almaliki (pictured above right), chief executive of Settle Easy, underscored the importance of simplifying conveyancing for buyers.
“Engaging a conveyancer is an essential part of the purchasing journey, and while it’s unfamiliar territory for most people, it doesn’t have to add to the stress,” Almaliki said. “We’re proud to partner with Lendi Group to deliver an integrated solution that will truly benefit home buyers by streamlining one of the most important transactions of their lives.”
