The financial services group adds a chief risk officer and a regional manager
Nationwise Group has strengthened its leadership team with two key appointments, signalling a focus on growth, risk management, and expansion within its Viking Aggregation unit.
Don Campbell (pictured above left) has been appointed as chief risk officer for Nationwise Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in professional services and financial services across Australia, the United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe.
Campbell has held significant roles, including chief risk officer positions at Aussie Home Loans and G&C Mutual Bank, and served as the lead director at PwC for services to Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
In his new role, Campbell will be responsible for driving risk management and compliance strategies to support Nationwise Group’s growth plans.
“I am thrilled to be joining Nationwise Group as chief risk officer at the start of their incredible growth journey,” Campbell said. “I am passionate about the broking sector and the value it adds, and I look forward to collaborating with brokers and team members to deliver the best possible customer experience.”
In addition to Campbell’s appointment, Viking Aggregation, a subsidiary of Nationwise Group, is bolstering its sales and practice management team in Victoria ahead of the launch of its residential and commercial aggregation offerings.
Maurice Corsi (pictured above right) has joined the team as regional manager residential and commercial Victoria.
Corsi brings 18 years of experience in the finance sector, including senior roles in technology, fintech, aggregation, lending, and product management with companies such as ANZ, Suncorp, NAB – FAST Aggregation, and Latitude Financial.
“I’m passionate about the third-party channel and committed to delivering expert strategies that help our brokers work smarter, not harder,” Corsi said. “Joining an exceptional team with shared values and deep experience, I’m excited to provide hands-on support and coaching to drive real results for our brokers.”
