Non-bank lender Pepper Money has appointed Andrew Gamble (pictured above left) as its new head of sales for asset finance.
Gamble, who has over eight years of experience in asset finance, has held several senior positions within the company, including national manager of key accounts, head of business performance, and head of product. He replaces Michael McEvoy, who has left Pepper Money to pursue another opportunity.
In his new role, Gamble will lead the sales team and continue to deliver service and products to Pepper Money’s customers and partners.
“We are delighted to have Andrew advance to this integral role, especially during our 10th anniversary celebrations,” said Ken Spellacy (pictured above right), general manager of asset finance at Pepper Money. “Andrew has been a valuable member of our team for many years, pushing the growth of the asset finance business. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus.”
“Pepper Money has a strong reputation and track record in the asset finance industry,” Gamble said. “I look forward to working with our talented and passionate sales team to further enhance our offering and service to our customers and partners.
“I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve the customer experience – delivering efficiency and speed in financing processes. Innovations like OCR scanning, biometrics, and real-time settlements are streamlining operations and reducing the need for human intervention. Continuing this work will enable us to deliver on our promise to provide flexible and tailored solutions that help our customers achieve their goals.”
