He will take on role of Victoria state manager
Pepper Money has appointed Adam Croucher, the former general manager of third party banking at Commonwealth Bank, as its state manager for Victoria.
The experienced and respected industry leader left CommBank in June 2023 after spending 18 years there working in various roles.
Non-bank lender Pepper Money on Wednesday announced its appointment of Croucher (pictured above) as its state manager for Victoria, with the role to officially start on Monday, April 15.
Pepper Money said Croucher brought a wealth of experience to Pepper Money, notching up 24 years in the banking sector.
“His tenure at Commonwealth Bank of Australia equipped him with valuable insights having held various management roles, including managing retail branches and leading third-party banking teams,” it said.
Croucher, who was succeeded in his CBA general manager of third party banking role by Razia Khan, said he was excited about his role at Pepper Money.
“It is a privilege to join the highly respected Pepper Money team and I’m thrilled to be reconnecting with brokers to help them thrive and succeed,” Croucher said. “I was drawn to Pepper Money because of its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions.”

Croucher described the role of state manager for Victoria as an incredible opportunity.
“I see tremendous potential for brokers, especially in regional Victoria, and I’m personally passionate about its growth,” he said. “Together with the fantastic team of BDMs in Victoria, and most importantly our brokers and aggregators support, I’m energised to explore the opportunities to collectively grow.”
