RedZed appoints Irvine as chief sales and marketing officer

Self-employed specialist lender RedZed has appointed Natalie Irvine (pictured) as its new chief sales and marketing officer, succeeding Loralle Slater, who is stepping down after nearly 18 years with the company.

Irvine joins RedZed with a strong background in retail, commercial, and private banking. Most recently, she served as National Australia Bank’s head of private wealth. She has over 15 years of experience across the financial services and health sectors, specialising in third-party and direct sales.

In her new role, Irvine will focus on supporting brokers who work with self-employed borrowers facing complex income and borrowing requirements.

RedZed managing director Calvin Cordle expressed confidence in Irvine’s appointment, having previously worked with her at NAB.

“Natalie brings passion, commitment, and leadership to everything she does,” Cordle said. “Her ability to unite teams and drive results will benefit the business significantly. I’m thrilled to welcome her to RedZed.”

Cordle also acknowledged Slater’s contributions to the company. As part of RedZed’s founding team, Slater played a key role in several recent initiatives, including the enhancement of the company’s digital roadmap, the introduction of new SMSF products, and the development of RedZed’s offset sub-account functionality.

“Loralle has been an invaluable leader at RedZed,” Cordle said. “Her experience, positivity, and customer focus have shaped the company into what it is today. We are deeply grateful for her years of service.”

RedZed, founded in 2006, has built its reputation as one of the preferred lenders for Australia’s self-employed. The company has provided over $9.7 billion in loans to more than 23,000 self-employed Australians through a range of residential, commercial, and SMSF finance solutions. MPA recently named RedZed as one of the best non-bank mortgage lenders in Australia this year.
