Joust offers subscription service for brokers

Joust has launched a new subscription service to make it easier for brokers to attract the right customers.

The home loan marketplace facilitates connections with brokers and lenders to meet borrowers’ home loan requirements.

Using key details provided by a customer, the platform’s Instant Match service identifies the top three home loans, and lenders or brokers, suited to their needs.

A new partner console uses those key details to allow brokers to subscribe to a tailored choice of consumer profiles, delivered to them daily.

Joust said the service, designed to save brokers time and effort, will include an automated appointment-setting function to speed up the customer contact process.

Joust CEO Carl Hammerschmidt (pictured above) said the automated model enabled broker partners to set  their prospecting and client acquisition on autopilot and focus on writing deals.

“Partners who have found a consumer profile that works for their business, such as a refinance in a certain state, can now save valuable time and effort on prospecting by subscribing to the service and duplicating their success month on month,” Hammerschmidt said.

The model allows for flexibility from start to finish and is tailored to volumes and timeframes best suited to Joust partners’ needs, he said.

“Joust will manage all customer profile targeting and automate billing, freeing up time for brokers so they can focus on writing new business,” Hammerschmidt said.

The Joust sign-up portal, released last month, is designed to provide an easy onboarding process for brokers.  Joust said new developments form part of its ongoing strategy for innovation in the Australian home loan market.

For brokers wanting to try the instant match partner profile for the first time, Joust offers a 10% discount under the code ‘AUTOMATION10’.
