The clients are a couple with three children who immigrated to Australia in 2012.
They are seearching for a full-doc loan of $380,000.
The male client works on a self-employed/contracting basis and last year earned $72,000. His partner has been on a salary of the same amount per annum since May.
The couple have approximately $50,000 they can source from overseas accounts.
