Banking giant to provide tailored services to Harcourts' expanding network
National Australia Bank (NAB) has become a banking partner of Harcourts, one of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate brands.
The partnership aims to provide tailored financial services to support Harcourts’ network of over 400 offices and nearly 1,800 sales consultants nationwide.
Through the agreement, Harcourts professionals will gain access to NAB’s specialist business banking services, including the bank’s new payment platform, NAB Portal Pay.
Donna Kosiek (pictured above left), NAB professional services banking executive, said the partnership underscores the bank’s commitment to Australia’s real estate industry.
“Many Harcourts agents and business owners are keen to seize new growth opportunities in the year ahead, and our dedicated real estate bankers are ideally positioned to support them at every step,” Kosiek said. “With deep industry expertise and insights, NAB’s specialist bankers are uniquely equipped to help Harcourts agents navigate their distinct challenges and achieve their business goals.”
NAB’s recent Next Gen Real Estate report revealed that more than 80% of real estate agency owners plan to grow their businesses within the next 12 months. The report identified talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and technology investments as key growth drivers for the sector.
Harcourts chief executive Adrian Knowles (pictured above right) welcomed the partnership, highlighting its alignment with the company’s priorities.
“Harcourts resonates with NAB’s focus on people and technology as key enablers of growth,” Knowles said. “We’re excited to be working with NAB’s team of specialist bankers with their deep understanding of the real estate industry.”
