Winners recognised for leadership and innovation
Mortgage Professional Australia has released its 2024 list of Elite Women, celebrating the achievements of female leaders who have significantly influenced Australia’s mortgage industry.
This year’s honourees continue to push the industry forward, showcasing leadership and innovation.
Selection process for MPA’s 2024 Elite Women list
Earlier this year, MPA invited industry professionals to submit nominations for the 2024 Elite Women list. Nominees needed to be in roles that impacted or interacted with the mortgage industry and had to demonstrate notable accomplishments, industry contributions, and a strong commitment to their work.
Additionally, individuals who had previously been recognised as Elite Women by MPA were not eligible for consideration this year.
Following a detailed review process, MPA selected 54 women who have made notable strides in their fields and contributed to the industry’s evolution over the past year.
The Elite Women 2024 report is sponsored by ANZ, one of Australia’s largest banks. ANZ operates in 29 global markets and had a market capitalisation of $77.1 billion as of September 30, 2023.
The bank emphasises the importance of collaborating with brokers, aiming to assist Australians with their home loan needs, including purchasing, upgrading, or refinancing.
“ANZ was proud to sponsor the MPA Elite Women of 2024,” said ANZ Retail Broker general manager Natalie Smith (pictured below). “We congratulate the winners of this award.”
