You, the broker, will decide if NAB Broker will retain its top spot in MPA magazine’s Brokers on Banks survey
NAB Broker will be looking to defend their ‘Bank of the Year’ award in MPA magazine’s annual Brokers on Banks special report.
The survey, which you can fill in online, asks brokers to rate the performance of banks over the past year.
NAB Broker, which was then branded NAB Homeside, achieved the best overall score in 2014’s survey, particularly impressing brokers with their turnaround speed and BDM support.
Commission structure and their communications, training and development also ranked highly with general manager Steve Kane saying they would strive to stay at the top by continuing to "listen to what brokers want and deliver on that."
Westpac’s Rocket Replay product won best product while Macquarie and ANZ also came top on categories including service levels, commission structure and product range.
CBA in particular will be looking to get brokers’ vote, having won Bank of the Year three times in a row prior to last year’s result. However non-majors will also be hoping their investment in the third party channel will be rewarded after AMP came top in 2014’s best interest rates category.
The result will be decided entirely by brokers, and published in MPA 15.07 in late June. However the survey only has two weeks to run; it takes less than 10 minutes and you could win an LG Sound Bar, worth $399.
