CMP: How did you navigate regulatory changes in 2019?
Enza Venuto: Navigating changes can always be a challenge, but it can also create more opportunities for us in the mortgage industry. Understanding the rules and being able to apply them to each situation gives us a leading edge. Educating ourselves and the clients and providing solutions is the greatest asset we have as brokers. Understanding products and what suits the client has given us a very successful year.
CMP: What’s your strategy to continue growing your business in 2020?
EV: Being accessible and hands-on, as well as continuing to be visible to our referral sources and clients, and building strong relationships with our partners.
