Toronto, May 1, 2020 – Capital Lending Centre (CLC) one of Canada’s fastest growing mortgage brokerage networks announced on May 1, 2020 that they have officially launched the CLC Network.
The parent brand will continue to deliver their industry leading support, training and culture to individually owned and operated affiliates and/or franchises under a centralized services model. Resources such as, deal underwriting, centralized marketing, business automation, data analytics, training, payroll and culture all delivered seamlessly to independent brokerages in an effort to enhance their service offerings, efficiency, recruitment and growth potential. This is all possible through a proprietary software system, ALFRED, which allows the CLC Network to provide connectivity and integration from an enterprise level and allow each department to become an extension of other brokerages.
