It’s that time of year again, with our most popular issue – the one that gives 75 mortgage professionals a reason to boast – just around the corner.
CMP is now accepting submissions for the Top 75 Brokers and the Small Market Top 20 lists, this year focused on volume numbers for 2016. The survey includes all new industry-related questions, so be sure to take part.
Past top funding brokers included a who’s-who of the mortgage broker industry, including Calum Ross, Gord Pipkey, Dan Eisner, and Jim Tourloukis.
Last year saw perennial top-five broker by volume Collin Bruce take home top honours for the third year in a row. In 2013 he funded a whopping 854 deals for a total volume of $258,615,820. He shattered that total in 2014, funding 1,086 loans for a total of $331,520,352.
He outdid himself once again in 2015, funding a total of $350,675,973.
