A top workplace can mean many things – great leadership, great benefits, great resources – and CMP wants to hear from today’s mortgage professionals about what they value and want most from their employers.
For the first time, CMP will uncover the absolute best workplaces in the mortgage industry in the upcoming Top Mortgage Workplaces feature. Organizations large and small, and from all areas of the industry, are invited to participate for the opportunity to gather valuable insight into what employees have to say about their organizations.
In order to participate, organizations must submit an employer nomination form, in order to proceed to the next phase: an employee survey. The employee survey will ask each nominated organization’s employees to rate their workplace in a number of areas, including benefits, culture and more. The best-rated organizations will then be distinguished as a top workplace, solidifying its standing as an employer of choice and providing a valuable marketing and recruitment tool.
