Real estate platform says partnership allows it to offer a "one-stop experience"
Real estate platform Bōde has signed a partnership deal to make Calgary-based Trilogy Mortgage Corporation its exclusive mortgage provider.
Under the partnership, the online application and approval processes of Trilogy Mortgage have been integrated into Bōde’s website.

“While mortgage applications usually start online, often the process gets bogged down with numerous phone calls and emailing documents back and forth,” Bōde said in a statement. “Bōde and Trilogy have worked to create a seamless and efficient application and approval process with a secure document management system.”

With a mortgage approval from Trilogy, our buyers can move much more quickly on a property, especially at a time like this when homes are selling fast and there may be multiple offers on the table.”
