The Canadian Mortgage Awards are set for this Friday and in light of that, the event’s sponsor – a leading lender – speaks to the importance of the yearly gala.
“As Canadians we are lucky to have access to such a vast network of professional mortgage brokers,” Martin Reid, president of Home Trust told MortgageBrokerNews.ca. “The CMA Awards are a great way to celebrate the success in our industry and Home Trust is a proud supporter.”
This year’s event will feature a silent auction to help raise money for The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada. Items will include luxury jewellery and bags, sports memorabilia and much more.
And of course, the industry’s best will also be recognized. This year features the most awards ever and will likely comprise the most diverse collection of winners to date.
“Given the calibre of individuals selected in this year’s competition, it is an absolute honour to have been nominated for BDM of the Year. I am most greatful for the support and trust of the our mortgage broker partners,” Ian Tenggardjaja of Street Capital Financial Corp, who is up for the Invis / Mortgage Intelligence Award For Best Lender BDM Of The Year told MortgageBrokerNews.ca. “We have developed a deeper understanding of their businesses in order to meet their unique needs in a way that is consistent with their style and objectives. I look forward to meeting all of the nominees at this year’s Canadian Mortgage Awards Gala.”
