Churchill Mortgage has promoted Grant McFarland (pictured) to the role of vice president of operations.
Previously assistant vice president of operations at Churchill, McFarland will now focus on managing relationships related to Churchill Next – the company’s new mortgage banking platform. He will also oversee the implementation of new technology across processing, underwriting and closing.

McFarland has been with Churchill for over a decade, rising through the ranks from a post-closing position to overseeing an internal processing fulfillment team. He was also instrumental in accelerating the company’s growth over the past 10 years by improving processes and logistics.
