The new lead appraiser is a familiar figure in the industry
Real estate valuation and appraisal firm Class Valuation, formerly Class Appraisal, has announced the appointment of John Dingeman as chief appraiser.
Dingeman will oversee all quality control efforts, underwriting support, and the appraiser resource center. He will report directly to Scot Rose, chief innovation officer at Class Valuation.
Dingeman is a familiar figure in the industry, serving as the president of the National Association of Appraisers and as the former president for the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers. Prior to his appointment as chief appraiser, Dingeman worked for Landmark Network, which Class Valuation acquired last month.
“John’s extensive background and vast knowledge of the appraisal industry is a huge asset to Class Valuation,” said Rose. “As our chief appraiser, Dingeman will provide tremendous insight and leadership as we continue to evolve and innovate how we engage, maintain quality, and select our providers. Furthermore, he will help our mission to lead thoughtful change as we modernize the appraisal and valuation process.”
