New exec is an industry veteran with more than two decades of mortgage banking experience
Union Home Mortgage (UHM) has appointed Phil Buscemi as vice-president of direct lending at its headquarters in Ohio.
An industry veteran with more than two decades of mortgage banking experience, Buscemi spent the last four years as president of JG Wentworth Home Lending, which was acquired by Freedom Mortgage in 2019. In his new role, he has been tasked with expanding UHM’s direct-to-consumer lending business into a nationally-recognized brand.
